Lyre of Apollo and Pan’s Flute Quest Walkthrough
The Lyre of Apollo and Pan’s Flute can be acquired during Throw the Dice quest. Go to the Cave of Pan and to the Apollo Temple.
Find the items in those locations. After that you can go back to Xenia.

I’ve come across a bug where the Lyre of Apollo can not be picked up. I’ve installed the latest update for the game, I’ve reloaded the area, nothing has fixed it.
I’m having the same issue.
I have been to both locations and the items are just not there.
