The Cost of War Quest Walkthrough
- Talk to Lysander at the Tomb of Leonidas.
- Kill 3 Athenian Polemarch and loot their Athenian Seals.
- Return to Lysander.
Respawn Fort Polemarch by Restarting the Game
If you’ve already killed all the Polemarch in the available forts in your game, you can just restart the game for the Polemarch to respawn!
