Some of the achievements are somewhat missable. Here are the saves files to help you out.
Autonauts vs Piratebots Save Files for Tricky Achievements
First and foremost:
I encourage you to play the game and earn the achievements fairly.
Personally after 100%-ing this game I decided to unlock the secret cheat menu and mess around with it. I clicked “clear badges” but not only it deleted all my in-game badges but it also wiped out all of my steam achievements for this game. I decided to make this in case you run into a similar situation.
Again: play the game fairly. This is a last resort, a backup of sorts.
Oh, ENDGAME SPOILERS!

“Quick Change”
Quick Change
Game Completed: Under 30 Hours
Save file: achv 30 hours
Instructions: simply load the file and wait
Completing the game in 30 hours is actually not that bad. You’ve probably played the original Autonauts before (you haven’t? drop this and play that game instead) so you already know how things work. There’s far less to build than in the Settlement mode (not to mention Enlightenment) and if you have decent production you’d be surprised how little time it takes to do the combat.
In fact, this is the save file from my very first walkthrough of this game. I beat it in 24 hours. I did click around faster than I’d prefer, yes, but I also wasted good ~6 hours on moving my entire base from the default spawn closer to the final boss (something you really don’t need to do at all). It’s really not that big of a constraint as I initially thought.
“Game! Set! Match!”
Game! Set! Match!
All Cards Collected
Save file: achv all cards
Instructions: simply load the file and wait
Easy one really, just beat the game and make one of every combat bot type (along with trebuchet and cannon). Included for completion sake.

Spotless
All Piratebot Structures Destroyed
Save file: achv all structures
Instructions: load the file and topple the last remaining outpost
Yes, “all piratebot structures” includes every wall, fence, and floor. No unit in the game is better than Sappers at taking out structures – and Sappers are really basic. Use the save if you can’t be asked to waste the time or if you can’t find the last enemy sandy track somewhere.
Note that the outpost flag is considered a structure so this will also unlock “All Our Base” (All Outposts Reclaimed) if you don’t have that.
“Strike!”

10 Piratebots Removed With Single Trebuchet Shot
Save file: achv cannon multikill
Instructions: load the file, immediately get ready to fire the cannon
Just before making this save I’ve ordered a bunch of units to walk in between of two adjacent outposts full of Skels and other enemies. They will barely attack anything and will happily aggro most forces from both outposts so let them clutch up and fire the cannon in the center mass.
Note that even though the achievement specifically mentions the trebuchet, the cannon also counts.
“I Be Badderest”
I Be Badderest
Game Completed: Extreme Challenge
Save file: achv extreme beaten
Instructions: simply load the file and wait
I wasn’t sure if I should upload this one (as it feels like cheating the most among the other saves) but honestly the difference between the difficulty settings is miniscule. I’ve played on Extreme after Normal and I can barely tell the difference (aside from lack of Truces). I think bots deal twice as much damage and that’s about it.
If you’ve already completed the game on Normal and then on Hard then I’m not gonna blame you for using this save instead of playing the same exact game for the third time.
Note that beating the game on Extreme also unlocks achievements for Normal and Hard.
“Sapper Slapper”
Sapper Slapper
Piratebot Removed By Sappers
Save file: achv sapper kill
Instructions: simply load the file and wait
It’s not rocket science – make Sappers target units instead of buildings and let them have a go at it.
“Work It”
Work It
Piratebot Removed By Workerbots
Save file: achv worker kill
Instructions: simply load the file and wait
Nothing stops you from giving weapons to worker bots and assigning them the same combat scripts. It’s just that they deal 1 damage and die almost instantly (or instantly, rather).
In theory, you can soften up a particular target and then let the workers land the killing hit. Or just send like a hundred of them instead.
“For The Greater Good”
For The Greater Good
10 Workerbots Destroyed By Single Trap
Save file: achv worker trapdeath
Instructions: simply load the file and wait
Simple achievement, included for completion. Add a “move to” command to a bot, change the “move to” destination to a mine, put that script on 10+ bots, call them to come to the same tile and press start. Boom.
Not included in this pack
I did not include any achievements such as “disarm 50 traps” or “repel 100 raids”. They are tracked solely by your actual progress on the steam achievements page across all of your playthroughs. Such information is simply not included in the save files so I cannot make one with like 99 raids already repelled.
However, all of such achievements are acquired automatically as a part of a regular playthrough – at least on Hard or Extreme difficulty (no truces = more raids and repairs).
