Cassette Beasts Simplified Concepts & Resources
This guide is to help others understand certain Cassette Beasts concepts that may be complicated to understand. This guide is also a work in progress.
I decided to publish the guide early as it already has a decent chunk of info. Information will be added and updated occasionally, as needed.
Coming soon:
- Status effects with simplified descriptions! With over 40 statuses, these will most likely be added in small batches to a table.
- More images and visuals!
Types
Typeless moves appear in the sticker menu as boxes with circles in them. They will gain the type of the monster they are on. If a Bansheep has a Smack sticker, it will be Beast. If a Carniviper has Smack, it will be Poison.
STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) is applied if the monster uses an attack that is the same type as it, dealing extra damage (x1.2, or 20% damage bonus)
Below you’ll find Type Cards; visuals displaying each type!
