Dirt Rally 2 Achievement Guide – How to Get All Achievements

Below you will find a guide, on how to unlock all the 50 achievements/trophy. some of them have not been explained as the descriptions are self explantory.

One challenge stands out among the rest, “Keepin it Real”. The task? Engage Hardcore Damage on 15 Rally stages. No doubt a challenge even for veterans, it will take nothing short of iron will to nail this one down.

Beyond that, there’s “Against the Clock,” where players will need to complete 10 Time Trial events. Which, if we’re being honest, sounds like a walk in the park compared to the former.

Keeping this simple, Dirt Rally 2.0 is a semi realistic Rally game, The achievements can be done in any order and there is no chance of missing any. Unlike the first game we’ve not got loads of delta time achievements.

Career Rally

CAUTION, Don’t Cut

• Description – Complete a stage without damaging your car.
• How To Complete – go to the custom event and then create championship with 1 event and 1 stage. the Spain route is the shortest so just select it on easy. now just complete the stage without damaging the car. you do not need to win.

That’s Dedication

• Description – Complete 3 Weekly Community Events.
• How To Complete – Go to the “My Team tab” and complete three weekly challenge events. you don’t need to win the races. just complete them.

We Had to Change the Girboks

• Description – Repair your car before a stage and win.
• How To Complete – Go to any custom event create any championship on a small route with 2 stages to complete it quickly and make sure that it has a service area. now in the first stage damage your car and then repair it in the service area. finally, win the race to unlock the achievement.

UPGRADED

• Description – Fully research and apply the maximum engine upgrade to 5 cars.
• How To Complete – this will take a while to complete but should be done on good cars. but if you are in a hurry just buy a cheap one and then max upgrade it.

Qualified

• Description – Complete your first AI Challenge
• How to complete – can be unlocked in Daily or Weekly AI Challenge located in the Events menu. you just need to complete the race, no need to win it.

On the Ladder

• Description – Win your first My Team event.
• How To Complete – Go to the My “Team Tab”. then start the rally and win.

Don’t Knock my Line

• Description – Spin 3 times on a stage and win.
• How To Complete – go to the custom event, create a new championship with 1 event and 1 stage. just select any stage you like and set its difficulty to easy. now in the stage spin your car by using handbrake and turning it in any direction you want at high speed. just do it 4-5 times to make sure the game registers it and then win the game to unlock it.

Against the Clock

• Description – Complete 10 Time Trial events.
• How To Complete – Enter the free play area and complete 10 Time trails.

Bringing the Thunder

• Description – Win 10 stages in the rain.
• How To Complete – Go to the custom event, create a new championship with 1 event and 10 stages. just select the shortest stage and set the weather to showers. you can also change the difficulty if you want. now just win all the 10 stages to complete the achievement.

Adaptable

• Description – Complete a stage in Dry, Overcast, Rain and Wet conditions.
• How To Complete – Go to the custom event, create a new championship with 1 event and 4 stages. then select any short stage with Dry, overcast, rain and wet weather. just note you need to repeat the process for setting all four weather. now just complete all of them and you will get the achievement.

Rally North America

• Description – Complete 3 Rally events in New England with the SUBARU WRX STI NR4.
• How To Complete – Go to the custom event, create a new championship with 3 events and 1 stage, the stage should be New England. once you do that complete the three events with Subaru WRX STI NR4 and you will get the achievement.

Fine Tuned

• Description – Create and save your own tuning setup
• How To Complete – Go to the service area and then select Setup. now change any sliders and save this setup to get the achievement.

When in Doubt…

• Description – Set the fastest time on a stage with high surface degradation.
• How To Complete – Go to the custom event, create a new championship with one event and one stage. then select any small stage and change the surface degradation to full. make sure that you change the AI difficulty to very easy. now all you need to do is win the stage and you will get the achievement.

The Right Way Up

• Description – Roll your car during a Rally stage in Australia and continue.
• How To Complete – as written in description roll over, land on your wheels and finally win the game.

Taking the Scenic Route

• Description – Win a Rally event in New Zealand
• How To Complete – Go to the custom event, create a new championship with 1 event and 1 stage, the stage should be New Zealand. now win the event and you will get the achievement.

Around the Gloeb

• Description – Complete an event at every unique location
• How To Complete – to get this event you will need to complete one event in all the 14 locations. just can get this play just playing through the game. but if you do not get it just go to the custom event, create championship with 1 event and 1 stage. the stage should be the ones which you need to complete the achievement.

• Description – Complete 10 stages in Argentina
• How To Complete – Go to the custom event, create a championship with 1 event and 10 stages. then. set the stages to Argentina. now just complete them and you will unlock it.

Keepin it Real

• Description – Complete 15 Rally Stages with Hardcore Damage enabled
• How to complete – Go to the custom event, create a championship with 2 events and 15 stages. select any short stage and then enable hardcore damage. now just finish the stages and you will get it.

Golf Club

• Description – Win 3 events in the Volkswagen Golf GTI 16V.
• How To Complete – create a championship with three events and 1 stage. then win the event with Golf GTI 16V.

Focused

• Description – Win your first event with Hardcore damage enabled
• How To Complete – It will be unlocked once you complete the Keepin it Real achievement.

Polo Club

• Description – Finish 5 events in the VW Polo GTI R5
• How To Complete – create championship from custom events with 5 events and 1 stage. the stage can be any short and easy one. now complete all the event with VW Polo GTI R5.

A Noteworthy AdVANTAGE

• Description – Win 5 events in the Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4
• How To Complete – create championship from custom events with 4 events, 1 stage. finally, win the stages with Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4.
• Viva España
• Description – Win a Rally event in Spain driving the VW Polo GTI R5
• How To Complete – create championship from custom events with 1 event and 1 stage, the stage should be Spain and you need to win it with VW Polo GTI R5.

Pro Driver

• Description – Win an event in the Renault Megane RS RX
• How To Complete – as mentioned create any custom event with one event, one stage and then win it with Renault Megane RS RX.

Wheel Spin

• Description – Win 10 stages without using any assists
• How To Complete – go to the custom event, create a championship with 1 event and 10 stages. here in the settings, you will need to disable assists in preferences. finally, win the 10 stages and you will get it.

Fire Up That Car… Again

• Description – Finish in the top tier of an Audi Sports Quattro S1 E2 Daily in Community Events.
• How To Complete – Go to the “Team Tab” and select the community events. these events have three tiers you will need to finish in the top tier using the Sports Quattro S1 E2.

Career Rally Cross

Going the Extra Mile

• Description – Complete 2 Joker laps and win
• How To Complete – This does not work in the custom event or community event. so just do the joker in the first lap then catch up and in the second lap do the second joker. after doing it win the game.

Consistency is Key

• Description – Complete 3 consecutive laps in a Rallycross Qualifier all within a second of one another.
• How To Complete – Create championship with at least 5 laps. then complete three laps within a particular time and you will get it.

Antilag Engaged

• Description – Purchase your first FIA World Rallycross Supercar
• How To Complete – as mentioned buy your first RallyCross Car.

Monster Energy Supercharge Award

• Description – Get the fastest start in a World RX Final
• How To Complete – this would mostly depend on your skill. the best way to achieve it is to get all upgrades for your car and then practice letting handbrake go when the signal goes green.

It Would Be Bakke’RUDE Not To

• Description – Win every Qualifier, the Semi-Final, and Final in a World RX event.
• How To Complete – Set the A.I to lower difficulty and win all the World RX event.

World RX Champion

• Description – Win 8 Events in the FIA World Rallycross Championship mode
• How To Complete – this will require a lot of skill and grinding. to make things a bit easier, get all the upgrades for your car.

Clown Car

• • Description – Complete 50 Joker laps
  • How To Complete – this will require some grinding. so make sure to do Joker laps in every event and you will get it.

Speedy Machine

• Description – Complete a Full Format Rallycross Event at Silverstone
• How To Complete – For this you need to complete all practice, qualifying and race present at Silverstone.

Wouldn’t Expect Anything More

• Description – Win a Rallycross Qualifier by less than a second
• How To Complete – This is very tricky to get and you will need a lot of luck and grind. creating a custom championship with very easy A.I should make thing easier.

Velkommen til Hell

• Description – Complete 5 Rallycross Events in Hell.
• How To Complete – the hell location refers to Norway track. so create a championship event with 5 events and one stage. then complete them to get it.

• Description – Win your first Custom event
• How To Complete – create championship from custom events with 1 event and 1 stage, finally win it.

Eat my DiRT

• Description – Complete 20 Custom Events
• How To Complete – Just complete 20 custom events and you will get it, no need to get wins.

A Household Name

• Description – Finish a Custom Championship
• How To Complete – create championship from custom events with 1 event and 1 stage. then just complete it to get it.

Back to the 80s

• Description – Win your first Back to the ’80s Historic Championship.

Past and Present
