The game freezes when I try to load a level. What can I do?
Loading Levels from the main menu can cause a freeze under certain conditions. Please lower the “Graphics Quality” setting and try again. This should resolve the issue.
What do I do if one or more enemies are stuck underground?
This is a known issue that we are working on. The good news is, the enemies are still hitable while underground. Press ALT to highlight their position. Alternatively change the setting ‘Object Highlights’ to ‘In Trance’ or ‘Always’.
Why did the mouse wheel stop rewinding time?
This is unfortunately a known issue that happens in some rare cases. We are working on a solution. In the meantime, simply restarting the game should resolve the issue. Alternatively use the ‘X’ and ‘Z’ keys to rewind.
Can I see somewhere if enemies are vulnerable to certain attacks?
You can examine enemies by right clicking them. This way you can see what types of damage the enemy is resistant to.
How can I wait for the right moment to attack without having to run around in circles?
You can use the wait action or just scroll forward on the timeline with the mousewheel or by pressing x button. You don’t need to have actions on the timeline at every heartbeat.
Why can’t I pick up mushrooms with Kipuna?
Some of the mushrooms and other consumable items might be only usable for specific characters and therefore some other characters might not be able to pick them up.
I’m trying to sneak but enemies keep spotting me. Am I doing something wrong?
Many actions cause a sound which the nearby enemies can hear. Also enemies will hear the sounds nearby better. You can use environmental elements such as stealth weed to improve your chances of sneaking.
How do I prevent leaving my teammate behind?
Outside of trance you move both characters at same time. In trance, you can use ctrl+click to give move commands to both characters.
Can I attack Kipuna with Topi?
No, it may appear so because enemies or barrels can be knocked back into Kipuna causing damage.
How can I command both characters to move to the same location in trance mode?
- When you hold down CTRL when in trance-mode while you give movement command, you will give movement command for both characters at same time.
- Holding down CTRL while giving movement command outside of trance will also allow you to only move one character.
How can I give commands for characters in trance mode without time starting to autoplay?
If you give commands in trance while holding down the SHIFT key, the action is added to the timeline but time does not start running. This allows you to give simultaneous actions for both characters without rewinding in the middle.
How can I zoom with a camera?
Camera zoom happens by holding down the right mouse button and moving the mouse vertically.
