Unlike the island route of Tier 1 and the island route of Tier 2, where many upgrade materials were obtained, in Tier 3 there are only 2 islands and one mission.
The Torment Island
- The Torment Island, in the south of Punika, is the only island in Tier 3 where you can get some materials on a daily basis, although it has a limit of purchases per cast.
Complete all the quests on the island until you get a daily quest with the repeatable quest symbol: Let them find peace.You can do the quest 1 time each day to get the Key to the Garden of Despair, which will allow you to access the Garden of Despair to receive Crimson Skein, an island collectible that you can exchange at the dungeon door for materials, jewelry, affinity gifts, engravings and the Rune Sweeper.

Once you complete Punika’s story (you’ll realize it when you start hating the lailai), head to Berne Castle.
At the exit of the castle, where Ealyn is, a little bird named Sebastian will appear and give you the purple quest Whisper of Destiny.
Following the quest chain will give you The Island Mirage, which will send you to the island Bamboo Illusion, the first of our route.
Complete all the quests that Gingerwale will give you and also finish the quest The Island Mirage, which will send you to Yorn. Do not forget to complete all the quests that Gingerwale gives you before leaving the island.
Finally, when you finish the quests in Yorn, you will be sent to Isteri Island, where you will finish the quest chain and receive more Tier 3 materials.
