EXCLUSIVE FULLSCREEN
Add some steam launch parameter fullscreen exclusive mode:
-window-mode exclusive

FPS DROP IN OPEN WORLD
Im playing on 7700hq Quad Core CPU at 3.4Ghz and GTX1070 and this what i get:

-Game in full ultra 40/45fps in open world area, 80/100+ in instance.
-Game in full ultra and model quality set to Medium 60/65 fps in open world, 80/100+ in instance
-Game in full ultra and model quality set to lowest 75/80fps in open world, 80/100+ in instance.

The game have a really problem too handle open world area. (CPU bound)

The only way too fix it for me, was to lower the Model quality setting to Normal.
For this type of game i don’t really think its usefull to play at more than 60 fps, i don’t like to consume more Watt and having my hardware run warmer for 20/30 fps in an RPG

STUTTERING
The game seem to stutter when there are too many VFX effect (fire, smoke ect..)
You can try to editgame option in your game folder:
File= OptionSettings.oos
<SoftParticles>1</SoftParticles> to <SoftParticles>0</SoftParticles>

DISCONNECT WHEN LOADING THE OPEN WORLD IN COOP
There is no fix at the moment, i got some speculation:
1 Mbit/s of upload bandwich is not enought to handle the game data tranfert
The safest way is to discconnect let you friend load it as the host and reconnect.

Example: I always got disconnect when loading open world area with my friend as the host (getting in, sleeping in) but when we played on my connection he never get disconnected (i got 200mbit Up)
