He’s a cavalier and charges things. That’s about all that can be said about how he plays.
Doesn’t have a spare feat to replace his Weapon Focus, so just keep the off-hand empty for the 1.5 STR bonus.
Hunter was taken to give the horse a bit of Damage Reduction. The poor thing won’t have a lot of Armour Class, so that will at least somewhat help.

Technically, as a cavalier he can give out teamwork feats, but with so many feats wasted we can barely take all the combat stuff needed, so no Seize the Moment for the team. Doesn’t have the space to squeeze in trips, so Bull Rush will have to do.
Generally, don’t expect any miracles, but the damage on charge is at least decent with his monstrous strength.
