Fire witch. About as simple as it gets (at least so long as you can juggle actions, hexes, and metamagic spells).
Buy Bolster rods for the turns you need to Cackle on.

Vanilla Ember
Evil Eye is very spammable; it’s great. Fortune/Luck plus Cackle is nice and it extends Evil Eye too.
Slumber and Restless Slumber are instakills on anything affected since you just Coup de Grace ’em. It’s the Sleep you’ve always wanted. Even if they somehow pass the Fortitude save, they will take massive damage.
Vulnerability curse is what’s on the tin.
Crossblooded Sorcerer gives us +2 Difficulty Class (DC) on enchantments and better undead control.
Selective Web is good crowd control, not subject to resistance, and will carry you rather far. Later you also get summons to plug holes on the battlefield (they might even do something occasionally with all those extra stats). Inflict Light Wounds pulls off the Enforce Vigor delivery just fine. Alternatively, just burn some useless scrolls on it or aim well with Fire Snake.
