Has some serious issues: it’s a 10 Dexterity (DEX) character with out of place Medium Armor Focus, channeling feats, and an eventual 20 stat, the latter effectively wasting some stats that could be elsewhere. Domains are nothing special, but Luck is not terrible. On the bright side, he’s a Cleric and therefore usable (at least so long as you can keep him tucked away somewhere in the second line and nothing looks at him funny).
