1. Take a seat on the poker table in the middle of the room.
2. Play Poker against Desmond Blythe and others.
3. Use Strauss to beat the others in Poker.
4. Defeat Desmond in Poker 1-on-1.
5. Follow the pit boss into the office to cash out your winnings.
6. Wait for the pit boss to open the safe, then disarm them.
7. Loot the safe, the pit boss will whip out another gun. Kill him.
8. Finish looting the safe.

By looking at Strauss during your poker game, his mannerisms will guide you on what to do next. A nod means to keep on playing, while a shake of his head means to fold. Use this to beat Desmond in poker.
