Remnant From the Ashes All Collectible Locations Guide

Everything obtainable in the game, the wiki page for this game is barren, and it can be hard to find information on how to find and obtain every item or trait in one place, so I thought I’d make it easier (at least for me) by putting it all here.

If I have missed anything, or you would like me to add something or add more information, please let me know in the comments.

If you’re looking for something specific, and don’t know this command, press Control-F, then type in the name of what you want to find.

I have marked any items that require the Swamps of Corsus DLC to use, although you can still find and pick up some of these items, you cannot use them without the Swamps of Corsus DLC.

The part labeled Adventure Mode is for items or traits that can be obtained from anywhere and not a specific area like the Labyrinth set, which you get through the Cryptolith which can spawn on any world.

Ward 13 Collectible

Weapons:

• Hunting Rifle – Can be bought from Rigs for 600 Scrap.
• Coach Gun – Can be bought from Rigs for 600 Scrap.
• Shotgun – Can be bought from Rigs for 600 Scrap.
• Scrap Sword – Can be bought from Rigs for 450 Scrap.
• Scrap Hatchet – Can be bought from Rigs for 450 Scrap.
• Scrap Hammer – Can be bought from Rigs for 450 Scrap.
• Submachine Gun – Found in Level B2. The first door can be unlocked with the Ward 13 Key Card found in the Founder’s Hideout. The second door can be unlocked with the Ward 13 Master Key, found on Level B3.

Armors:

• Hunter Shroud – Can be bought from Rigs for 150 Scrap.
• Hunter Trenchcoat – Can be bought from Rigs for 500 Scrap.
• Hunter Pants – Can be bought from Rigs for 350 Scrap.
• Cultist Hat – Can be bought from Rigs for 150 Scrap.

• Elder Knowledge – Found in Level B2. The door can be unlocked with the Ward 13 Key Card found in the Founder’s Hideout.

Weapon Mods:

• Hunter’s Mark – Can be bought from McCabe for 750 Scrap.
• Mender’s Aura – Can be bought from McCabe for 750 Scrap.
• Hot Shot – Can be bought from McCabe for 750 Scrap.

Rings:

• Ring of the Admiral – Bought from Reggie for 2 Scrap.

Consumables:

• Orb of Undoing – Can be bought from Reggie after defeating the Dreamer/Nightmare for 2,500 Scrap.

Key Items:

• Fuse – Found in Level B2.
• Ward 13 Master Key – Found in Level B3.

Emotes:

• Praise The Gun Emote – Defeat Dreamer/Nightmare.

Earth Collectible

Weapons:

• Sporebloom – Defeat The Ent.
• Petrified Maul – Destroy The Ent’s legs before killing him.
• Spitfire – Defeat Singe.
• Smolder – Destroy Singe’s tail before killing him.
• Magnum Revolver – Give the Strange Coin to Ace.
• Hunting Pistol – Found in the Hidden Grotto dungeon at the end of the dungeon.
• Assault Rifle – Found in the Sorrow Field’s dungeon, requires a Monkey Key found in the same dungeon that will not always spawn.
• Chicago Typewriter – Found by completing the A Tale of Two Liz’s event.
• Sniper Rifle – Found after defending the Root Mother. Instead of going through the open hole in the wall, while facing the Root Mother, turn left, go to the end of the hallway, and down the stairs. You will find the Sniper Rifle behind wooden crates.

Armors:

• Bandit Set – Get the Pocket Watch from Mudtooth, then give Brabus the Pocket Watch when you encounter him. (You will lose the Pocket Watch and will have to get it again).
• Drifter’s Set – Drifter’s Mask is found at a random location on Earth. Body and Leg armor is found at the Founder’s Hideout. Destroy a bookshelf to expose a hole in the wall, go through the hole, and you will find the Drifter’s Overcoat and Trousers.
• Leto’s Set – Found in Leto’s Lab by using the teleporter until it teleports you to a room with buring skeletons. (Disable Leto’s Algorithm first).
• Twisted Set – Complete The Root Shine event found in a dungeon on Earth.
• Twisted Mask – The Twisted Mask can be found by killing the Twisted Mask Merchant in the Junktown dungeon. (The Twisted Mask can be used instead of the Twisted Hood if the player wishes. The Mask has less defensive stats, but your Encumbrance will be Medium instead of Heavy by wearing it instead of the Hood.)

Traits:

• Mother’s Blessing – Defend the Root Mother.
• Scavenger – Pick up an unknown amount of Scrap, or give the Tarnished Ring to Reggie.
• Shadow Walker – Found in the Hidden Grotto dungeon at the end of the dungeon.
• Bark Skin – Talk to the Wailing Tree while wearing the Twisted Mask. (This kills the tree in the process)
• Warrior – Found by completing the A Tale of Two Liz’s event.
• Spirit – Found in the Sorrow Field’s dungeon, requires a Monkey Key found in the same dungeon that will not always spawn.
• Keeper’s Blessing – Find The Labyrinth.
• Cold as Ice – (Requires a 2nd player) Walk into Brabus’s boss arena and start dialogue, before selecting any dialogue, have the other player walk in, this will start new dialogue. Complete the dialogue, then a fight will start between you and your ally, whoever wins gets the trait. (The person starting the dialogue cannot have the Pocket Watch otherwise you will be unable to get the trait).

Weapon Mods:

• Mantle of Thorns – Defeat Gorefist.
• Rattle Weed – Defeat Shroud.
• Seed Caller – Defeat The Mangler.
• Explosive Shot – Defeat Brabus.
• Flicker Cloak – Defeat Riphide.

Amulets:

• Galenic Charm – Found at a random location on Earth.
• Gunslinger’s Charm – Found at a random location on Earth.
• Twisted Idol – Kill the Wailing Tree.
• Pocket Watch – Obtained from listening to all of Mudtooth’s stories.
• Leto’s Amulet – Found in the dungeons Sunken Passage, and/or the Hidden Sanctum. In a random part of the dungeon that does not always spawn, there is a wall with writing on it, “Only the penitent man may pass.” Crouch and walk under the writing to reveal a doorway to a room, Leto’s Amulet will be found in that room.

Rings:

• Heartseeker – Found at a random location on Earth.
• Mother’s Ring – Found at a random location on Earth.
• Pillar of Stone – Found at a random location on Earth.
• Ring of Evasion – Found at a random location on Earth.
• Sage Stone – Found at a random location on Earth.
• Band of Castor – Found at a random location on Earth. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Band of Pollux – Found at a random location on Earth. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Aggressor’s Bane – Found at a random location on Earth. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Stockpile Circlet – Found at a random location on Earth. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)

• Tarnished Ring – Found at a random location on Earth.
• Strange Coin – Found at a random location on Earth.
• Hunter’s Key – Given to the player by an NPC in Hidden Grotto dungeon.
• Liz’s Key – Complete the random event A Tale of Two Liz’s.
• Monkey’s Key – Sometimes found in Sorrow’s Field dungeon. (The Item has a chance to not spawn)

Emotes:

• Cheer Emote – Defeat The Ent.
• Beckon Emote – Defeat Singe.

Rhom Collectible

Weapons:

• Defiler – Defeat The Harrow.
• Lost Harpoon – Before killing The Harrow, make him drop his knees by shooting his legs several times, once he drops down to his knees, go behind him and pull the Lost Harpoon from his back.
• World Breaker – Defeat Claviger but do not kill the enemies he spawns.
• Particle Accelerator – Defeat Claviger but kill the enemies he spawns before he slams the floor.
• Ruin – Defeat the Undying King.
• Riven – Give the Guardian’s Heart to the Undying King.
• Wastelander Flail – Found at the end of The Clean Room dungeon.
• Beam Rifle – Complete The Lost Gantry, which is located at the end of a random dungeon.

Armors:

• Osseous Helm – Bought from Wud for 700 Scrap after buying all his secrets for 500 Scrap.
• Osseous Husk – Bought from Wud for 1,750 Scrap after buying all his secrets for 500 Scrap.
• Osseous Kilt – Bought from Wud for 1,050 Scrap after buying all his secrets for 500 Scrap.
• Void Skull – Bought from The Monolith for 500 Scrap after completing the floor puzzle.
• Void Carapace – Bought from The Monolith for 1,250 Scrap after completing the floor puzzle.
• Void Greaves – Bought from The Monolith for 750 Scrap after completing the floor puzzle.
• Akari Set – Found at Vault of The Herald, each part is locked behind a door, only being unlocked by Glowing Rods, which can be found randomly in the dungeon.

Traits:

• World Walker – Enter Rhom.
• Kingslayer – Defeat the Undying King.
• Recovery – Defeat The Harrow or Claviger.

• Houndmaster’s Jerky – Bought from the Houndmaster for 500 Scrap.

Key Items:

• Glowing Rod – Found in random dungeons on Rhom
• Labyrinth Key – Given to the player by the Undying King if the player gives him the Guardian’s Heart, or obtained by killing the Undying King.
• Control Rod – Break the Houndmaster’s “horn” and then defeat Maul.
• Howling Key – Defeat either The Harrow or Claviger

Emotes:

• Fail Emote – Defeat The Harrow.
• Laugh Emote – Defeat Claviger

Yaesha Collectible

Weapons:

• Curse of The Jungle God – Defeat the Ravager.
• Scar of The Jungle God – Instead of fighting The Ravager, do the solution for the Bell Puzzle, 5-1-5-1-2-3-4-1. Then go and talk to The Ravager, exhaust his dialogue options, and he will give you the weapon.
• Eye of the Storm – Defeat the Totem father with the totem outside set to Blue.
• Voice of the Tempest – Defeat the Totem father with the totem outside set to Red.
• Ricochet Rifle – Defeat the Blink Thief.
• Spear – Can be bought from the Stuck Merchant for 750 Scrap.

Armors:

• Elder Set – Found in the Martyr’s Sanctuary dungeon.
• Radiant Visage – Obtained by using Strange Curio to open a door inside the Guard Shrine.
• Radiant Protector – Can be bought from the Stuck Merchant for 2,250 Scrap.
• Radiant Greaves – Can be bought from the Stuck Merchant for 1,350 Scrap.

Traits:

• Triage – Speak with Navun.
• Guardian’s Blessing – Defeat the Root Horror.

• Golden Plum – Can be bought from the Stuck Merchant for 500 Scrap.

• Strange Curio – Found next to the Stuck Merchant.
• Founder’s Key – Given to you by Founder Ford.

• Freeze Frame Emote – Defeat The Ravager
• Tea Time Emote – Defeat Totem Father

Corsus Collectible

Weapons:

• Crossbow – Give the non-boss version of the Iskal Queen the Guardian’s Heart.
• Pride of the Iskal – Defeat the boss version of the Iskal Queen. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Hive Cannon – Defeat Ixillis.
• Guardian Axe – Kill both Ixillis before one of them enrages.
• Devastator – Defeat The Unclean One.
• Butcher’s Flail – Instead of starting the fight with The Unclean One, crouch walk down stairs, once down stairs, interact with one of the three pots, a cut scene will start, fight and kill the boss after it.

Armors:

• Slayer Set – Give the non-boss version of the Iskal Queen the Guardian’s Heart.
• Carapace Set – Can be purchased from Mar’Gosh, to be able to purchase it you must be have the Parasite effect, and you will need 3 Hardened Carapaces. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)

Traits

• Catalyst – Defeat The Thrall or Canker.
• Glutton – Defeat The Unclean One.
• Footwork – Defeat the Iskal Queen. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Evocation – Destroy all Hives in the Circlet Hatchery dungeon without getting hit by wisps. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Fortification – (requires a 2nd player) Pick up the Hero’s Ring at the Fetid Pool dungeon. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Luminescent – Get the Opalescent Shell from the Queen Beetle (blue instead of white) at The Abandoned Throne. The Queen beetle will appear after you kill all the white beetles. Then go and get the Parasite effect, and find and talk to Mar’Gosh, give him the Opalescent Shell. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Potency – Get the Parasite effect, then go talk to the Elf Queen (the boss version), and she will give you an Iskal Vile. Then you need to find the Graveyard Elf (she is an NPC that sells Beetle Extract) approach her by crouching so she stays asleep, and interact with her soup. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)

Weapon Mods:

• Swarm – Defeat The Thrall.
• Corrosive Aura – Defeat Canker.
• Rift Walker – Defeat Dream Eater.
• Unstable Quills – Defeat Barbed Terror.
• Seeker – Defeat the boss version of the Iskal Queen by dropping a pillar on top of her. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)

Amulets:

• Rock of Anguish – Found at a random location on Corsus.
• Rusted Amulet – Found in Fetid Pools. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Heart of Darkness – Found at Fetid Pools dungeon. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Amulet of Epicaricacy – Kill the Red Beetle in Fetid Pools. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Butcher’s Fetish – The Fetid Glade.

Rings:

• Blood Font – Found at a random location on Corsus.
• Devouring Loop – Found at a random location on Corsus.
• Razorstone – Found at a random location on Corsus.
• Grim Coil – Can be purchased from the Graveyard Elf. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Soul Ember – Destroy all Hives in the Circlet Hatchery dungeon without getting hit my wisps. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Hero’s Ring – (requires a 2nd player) Found at the Fetid Pool dungeon. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Ring of the Mantis – Kill the Red Beetle in Strange Pass. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Iskal Hunter Band – Kill the Red Beetle in Hall of Whispers. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Ring of the Unclean – Use the Iskal Vial on the Graveyard Elf’s soup, the ring is in her hut. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Gift of the Iskal – Kill Mar’Gosh. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)

Consumables:

• Beetle Extract – Sold by the Graveyard Elf for 500 Scrap.
• Antiserum – Sold by the Graveyard Elf for 50 Scrap.

Key Items:

• Guardian’s Heart – Defeat Ixillis.
• Opalescent Shell – Defeat the Queen Beetle (Blue Beetle). (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Acid Cleaned Key – Crouching in one of the acid pools location in the Fetid Pool will turn a Rusted Amulet into the Acid Cleaned Key. (You have to be wearing the Amulet, and you will lose the amulet and have to get it back again) (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Iskal Vial – Talk to the boss version of the Iskal Queen while you have the Parasite effect. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Cryptolith Sigil – Talk to the boss version of the Iskal Queen. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Hardened Carapace – Obtained from Beetles in certain dungeons. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)

• Exhausted Emote – Defeat The Unclean One
• Confused Emote – Defeat Ixillis

Adventure Mode

Armors:

• Labyrinth Set – Use the Cryptolith Sigil on the Cryptolith three times. A portal will open and the armor set will be on the other side. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)

Traits:

• Sleight of Hand – Kill 100 enemies, with 10 different guns, for 1000 total kills.
• Exploiter – Kill 150 enemies with Weak Spot Damage.
• Handling – Have 10 weapons.
• Teamwork – Invite someone to your game, or join someone else’s game.
• Revivalist – Revive an ally 10 times.
• Will to Live – Be revived by an ally 10 times.
• Suspicion – Be downed by an ally 10 times.
• Invoker – Let your Summons get 100 kills. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Concentration – Use the Cryptolith Sigil on the Cryptolith. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
• Blood Bond – Use the Cryptolith Sigil on the Cryptolith for a second time. (Swamps of Corsus DLC)

Emotes:

• Wave Emote – Join another player or have another player join you.

Hardcore Mode

Amulets:

• Nightmare Spiral – Defeat the Dreamer/Nightmare.

Survival Mode (Swamps of Corsus DLC)
