Weapons in Remnant: From the Ashes are equipment that is used to inflict damage on Enemies and Bosses. Weapons are categorized into three groups: Hand Guns which are secondary firearms which range from pistols and revolvers. Long Guns which are the player’s primary firearm which ranges from shotguns and rifles. And Melee Weapons which are used in direct hand-to-hand combat.

Weapons can be obtained as enemy/boss drops, obtained loot that is randomly located in various locations, inside chests/crates, can be purchased from Merchants, and most importantly can be crafted by using various Crafting Materials that are listed in a recipe. In conjunction with crafting, weapons can also be strengthened by increasing its level which requires crafting materials in order to increase its overall effectiveness.

Hand Guns Stats & Locations

Hand Guns in Remnant: From the Ashes is one out of the three weapon categories that a player can equip which is used to inflict damage on enemies and bosses. Hand Guns are short-barreled firearms which range from revolvers and semi-automatic pistols. Hand Guns may be obtained as enemy/boss drops, randomly located in various locations, inside chests or crates, sold by Merchants, and can be crafted.

  • Ammo can be fully replenished by resting at a crystal bonfire.
  • Short Guns require a consumable item called Short Gun Ammo which can be looted from crates/chests, Ammo Boxes, and from killing enemies/bosses.
  • Players can equip and change their desired weapon on the fly by opening the character menu and choosing the Hand Guns category.
  • Players can also customize their firearms by attaching up to one Weapon Mod that provides various buffs or even skills that can be activated in battle.
  • These can also be upgraded by crafting and using various Materials to obtain a stronger variation of a specific firearm.

Long Guns in Remnant: From the Ashes is one out of the three weapon categories that a player can equip which is used to inflict damage on enemies and bosses. Long Guns have a longer barrel which requires the wielder to hold the firearm with both hands, these range from rifles, shotguns, and possibly more. Long Guns may be obtained as enemy/boss drops, randomly located in various locations, inside chests or crates, sold by Merchants, and can be crafted.
