Behind the Phosphor slime is a cave. There is a small ledge on the right with some pink mushrooms, there is a chance for the Diamond to spawn there

Near the exit portal from the Ringtail Gordo’s portal point in Starlight strand. If coming from the ranch, it’s on the left with a large amount of Feral slimes before you reach the Refinery link. The cave is on the right as you head down into the little valley

Location marked in red, still trying to get it to spawn again for a picture. Hop across the gaps and turn around to look at the large central pillar

Between two pink corals, on the right when you enter the cave on the beach or on the left as you exit the cave from the Angler Gordo

If coming from the Ringtail Gordo, it is on the left as you enter the Flutter gordo area, on the ledge with the large slime statues. There is a hole in the ground behind the statue.
Spawn:
Location circled, still trying to get it to spawn again. It’s at the back of the cave, on a ledge, above a rock and some pink mushrooms where there is a visible corner joint
