You have no idea where you can get the max level gear? Here is your one-stop guide.

The Guide

Current max character level is 40.

Current max obtainable level of gear is 36.

You can get this gear in the only mission: Vespers map, camp The Ruins, right above him – Shelter Sweep Operation.

This is relatively fast mission.

It has 3 bosses inside, each of them drops 3-5 purple items with great chance to get lvl 36 items and slight chance to get gold item (including mods).

Also, regular monsters will drop items too: sometimes purples, but mostly blue. All with great chance to be lvl 36 also.

Finish mission, teleport to camp, run to mission and start it again. Rinse and repeat.

Do this mission again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again, again and again. And again. And one more time.

Make sure to set Private map before traveling to Vespers: at last boss if someone dies and releases, then whole party teleporting behind the gates and not able to enter boss fight again. This is bug and some wandering PS player could ruin your run.
