Fists of Fury Champion of Champions Walkthrough
Start Location: This side-quest will begin automatically after completion of ‘Fists of Fury: Skellige’.
Once this quest has become active and you wish to partake in its questiness, you’ll need to travel to the island of Spikeroog, the northwestern-most of the major islands in the Skellige Isles map. Our destination is the town of Hov which can be found on the northeastern tip of Spikeroog.
Upon arriving in Hov, look for the Bookie by the large totem in centre of town. Speak with him to trigger another side-quest ‘Master of the Arena’. We’ll need to complete this quest before we can continue.
After completing the ‘Master of the Arena’ side-quest, return to the Bookie to start the fight with the Champion of Champions.
This time around we’ll be fighting a Rock Troll in hand to hand combat. As he is covered in rocky hide, he has a lot of additional armour so you’ll need to land a lot more blows on him to dent his health. Similarly, to the bear you had to fight earlier, the Troll has a large range on his melee, can lunge at you from across the arena to attack, he’ll also link quick attacks together to dish out some serious damage.
As his range is superior to Geralt’s it’s a good idea to do your best to keep your distance as much as possible. The best strategy here is to dodge backwards when he attacks and immediately smack him with a quick attack before dodging backwards again to quickly move out of range. Maintain this basic strategy throughout the fight and as long as you don’t get lazy on your dodges or greedy on your attacks. you shouldn’t have too many issues with taking him down.
