Windward Horizon: How to Unlock Ships
- Ships in Windward Horizon can be unlocked through faction quests or by collecting blueprints from Tier 4 Pirate Kings.
- Blueprints drop based on the Pirate King’s ship and are earned piece by piece – 10 are needed to unlock a ship.
- Quest unlocks require 2500 reputation with the faction to complete the full questline.
- Ship of the Line is only available via blueprints.
