The fishing spots are located below Genevieve’s house, around the center of the map. There are two fishing ponds:

• Basic Fishing Pond (left)
• Advanced Fishing Pond (right — requires a Fishing Qualification Certificate)

How to Fish

Fishing is simple. Watch for ripples in the water—this means a fish has taken the bait. Press the action button when the indicator aligns with the blue frame. Be careful: missing the timing will result in the loss of 1 bait and 2 stamina points.

Fishing Qualification Certificate: You must have this certificate to fish in the Advanced Fishing Pond. It can be purchased at the Fishing Shop.

Fishing Handbook shows:

• The location of each fish
• The type of bait needed
• Your collection progress (even for fish you haven’t caught yet)

How to Catch the Legendary Spotted Tigerfish UR

This rare fish has only a 2% chance of appearing. Here’s how to catch it:

1. Prepare Basic Fishing Bait.
2. Go to the Advanced Fishing Pond (right).
3. Fish and hope for the best—luck is the only factor here.

Personal Tip: I used 25 out of 100 Basic Baits before finally catching the Spotted Tigerfish UR. This is one of the most challenging achievements in the game due to the heavy reliance on luck.

Golden Fish – Early Game Profit

Catching Golden Fish is a great way to earn money early in the game, without spending 8 hours on in-game jobs or collecting low-value trash scattered around the city.

How to Catch Golden Fish

• Golden Fish appear only on rainy days, day or night.
• You’ll be notified by the main character when Golden Fish are available that day.
• Prepare the appropriate bait for the goldfish.
• Catching them is based on luck—there’s no guarantee.

Important: You must fish before midnight. Rain stops exactly at midnight, ending the chance to catch Golden Fish.
