List of all the buyable houses, including detailed descriptions of the rooms, available mounting points(which used to be important but now you can just change them at will), and recommended buyers to sell to.
Note that room number and type can be changed, and some buyers may be bugged and thus difficult to sell to even if a house is supposedly everything they want. Also, when you have sold all the houses available, you will be given the opportunity to buy them over again, as many times as you want, so don’t stress too hard about choosing the right buyer for each house or anything like that.
Small Houses (<50k)
These houses are best for Chang Choi(nerd), Veronica Liptson(artist), Dolan Trusk(businessman), and Jimmy Traitor(womanizer).
First Office

while you CAN move your office to another house, and then sell the first office, when i finished the game after doing so, it kinda broke my game, so i recommend agasint it.
this is the only house i managed to sell to chang, and it was quite difficult.
