Pro Cycling Manager 2023: How to win a Mountain Stage

This is a short guide to how you, with the right rider, can win a Mountain stage ending uphill.

First set you potential winner to 85 effort, and ask him to keep his place in front of the peloton. Set you rider with the highest mountain stat to protect him.
Wait till you arrive, at the start of the mountain.
If its more than 10 km the summit set you individuel effort to 70% (you will slack a bit behind, but don’t worry its part of the trick.
When you get to 10 km set the effort to 75%
When you get to 5 km set the effort to 85%
At 3,3 km to the summit use you gel
When the gel starts working usually around 1,3 km set the effort to 93%
At 0,5 km set it to max effort and sprint you way to glory
