Extra Inventory Space
Inventory full? Make a new character and use them to store your items!
Do you keep running out of inventory space?
Do you wish you could have some storage space in your safehouses?
Now you can! Kind of…
How?
Q: Wait, what? Are you serious?
A: Absolutely!
Q: Are you a wizard? How do I work this dark magic?
A: No, I’m not a wizard, and it’s super simple!
Q: Are you going to tell me how to do it, or just keep on wasting my time?
A: I already told you how to do it. It’s in the description of this guide!
Q: That’s it?
A: That’s it!
Q: I don’t get it.
A: That’s not a question, but okay, I’ll give you some more details, if you insist.
No, really, how?
How does this work?
Okay, here’s the thing: the world is persistent as long as you don’t exit the game.
You can exit to the main menu, but you can’t close the game completely.
What this means is that you’re able to switch characters while maintaining that world persistence.
This means that if you drop an item with one character, exit to the main menu, pick another character, re-enter the game and go to where you dropped that item with the first character, you can pick it up with the second character!
That’s really all there is to it!
How many characters can I have?
You can have up to four characters in total.
How do I make a new character?
On the main menu, choose the second option, which is “Select Character”. From there, just pick “Create New”.
From then on, all you have to do is go back to that menu to pick the character you want to play/switch to.
Can I have a step-by-step list to follow?
Sure, why not.
Making a new character:
- Get to the game’s main menu.
- Choose “Select Character”, the second option from the top.
- Choose “Create New”.
- Go through the character creation process like you did the first time.
- Now you have a new character.
- Congratulations.
- Repeat as needed.
Transferring items:
- Start with the character that has the item you want to store.
- Go to a quiet safehouse.
- Drop the item you want to store.
- Exit to main menu.
- Select the character you want to use for storage.
- Fast travel to the safehouse where you dropped the item.
- Pick it up.
- That’s it.
