The Witcher 3 Hearts of Stone Endings Guide

The Witcher 3 offers players limitless opportunity, and that extends to the Witcher 3 endings. Its boundless depths offer a whopping 36 unique end scenarios. Some of these are often overlooked, as they’re relatively minor when considered alongside the outcome of one particular contingency, but they all pertain to different aspects of the overall world state at the end of the game.

Hearts of Stone Endings Guide

Hearts of Stone expansion for The Witcher 3 features one of the best stories in video game history. There are only two endings to this expansion one being good and the other being the bad one.

Good Ending

If you choose to help Olgierd, then you’ll get the good ending. After making the choice to help him, Geral will be transported to O’Dimm’s realm.

In this realm, you’ll have to solve his riddle. Go to the mansion along the road and find the fountain. Use the Aard sign on the wall behind the fountain to get the water flowing and that’ll solve the riddle.

Bad Ending

To get the bad ending in Hearts of Stone expansion, choose to not help Olgierd. O’Dimm will take his soul and will grant one of the following, whichever you choose.

  • A horse seat providing 100 energy.
  • Horn of Plenty (endless amount of food).
  • Botomless Carafe (works like infinite alkagest).
  • 5000 crowns.
  • Information about Ciri.
  • Nothing.
